Method
Where the numbers come from. Every House periodic transaction report on the House Clerk periodic transaction reports site, read daily by VolaIntel's refresh: each e-filed report is parsed into its trades, and each trade keeps the member's own ticker, dates and value range. The figures are computed by a script (seo/stats.mjs) from the same data files the apps read, data as of Oct 30, 2026.
What is counted. Purchases and sales of stocks with a ticker, in House reports filed Aug 31, 2026 to Oct 30, 2026, the window in which VolaIntel keeps every member's trades. Exchanges, assets without a ticker and paper filings are left out. Delays use the trade date and the filing date on each report.
What is left out, and why. The Senate: its disclosure site refused the refresh in this period, so only a carried-over snapshot exists and it is not mixed in. Insider (Form 4) and fund (13F) figures: VolaIntel follows a selection of executives and funds, so no market-wide figure is drawn from them.
Updates and corrections. The page is rebuilt with the data, at least monthly. If a figure looks wrong, email support@volaintel.com and we will check it against the filing.

Why are the Senate figures left out?
