Privacy policy

What we collect

Your account: your email address, and your name if you share it through Sign in with Apple. Your app data: your watchlist, the people you follow, your plan and your settings, saved to your account so web and iOS match. Ask AI: the questions you ask and a daily count used for the limit. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card.

How we use it

To sign you in, keep your watchlist and settings in sync, answer your Ask AI questions and run the service. We do not sell your data, show ads or track you across other companies' apps.

Who processes it

Supabase stores accounts and app data. Vercel runs our servers. Anthropic writes Ask AI answers from your question and the public filings it is about; your name, email and account ID are not sent. Apple handles Sign in with Apple and payments. Each provides the same or equal protection of your data as this policy.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Settings > Delete account removes your account, your synced data and your Ask AI history from our servers. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in your App Store account settings.

Public data

The filings shown in VolaIntel are public records, published by the bodies that issue them: Congress, the SEC, the White House and other public offices. We collect them and summarize them; we do not change what they say.

Your choices

Turn off Ask AI sharing in Settings, sign out at any time, or delete your account from Settings.
